Tragically, Charli is no longer here to tell her story herself 💔

Over the years I’ve had the honour of connecting with Charli through mediumship and supporting Sharon and Kaitlin in their search for answers and justice.

Some of my students will recognise this story from previous workshops, where we studied the case with Sharon’s permission.

I’ve been deeply moved by the response to my pos

I’ve been deeply moved by the response to my post on R U OK Day. Thank you to everyone who liked, shared, and reached out. This message, in particular, touched my soul.

I received it from someone who saw the post and subsequently reached out to me. I am so glad she did. Her name is Hayley.

Hayley shared her message with me and asked if I would share it with all of you, believing it might offer someone else hope. Which I feel it will 🙌🏼

Hayley’s message is a powerful reminder that even in our darkest moments, the universe is always listening, guiding, and providing us with what we need to keep moving forward ✨🌌

The universe doesn’t need you to have the answers or solutions; it just needs you to be open to receiving them.

Like Hayley’s, your prayer will be answered in miraculous and unexpected ways.

Trust in the Universe's Plan 🌌✨

On Tuesday, my son woke up unwell—on my busiest day. Stress kicked in as I thought about juggling clients, meetings, and life. But then I took a deep breath, surrendered to the moment, and said to my son, “Don’t worry, the universe clearly has other plans for us today.”

And did it ever!

I drove my son to the doctor early, hoping they would squeeze us in. While waiting in the carpark before the clinic opened, I witnessed a nearby tradesman collapse. I told my son to wait in the car and ran over to help. Kneeling next to the man, I intuitively felt he was having a heart attack. Another tradesman, flustered and in shock, had already begun calling 000. I felt calm, as if I was meant to be there.

Things escalated quickly though, and I began to inwardly panic. Not knowing what else to do, I said a silent prayer “Help. Guide me” and almost instantaneously, a magpie flew down and waddled toward us. I knew this was a sign from Spirit but wasn’t sure if it symbolised life, or death. I began to panic more but then heard "use your voice" inside my head. Without thinking, I began speaking to the man. “Michael, stay with us,” I said. “Michael, I am Carrie. I am here to help. Michael, keep listening to my voice. Stay with me.”

At this point, Michael’s eyes were closed. But when he heard his name, he opened his eyes and looked into mine in a way I will never forget. It wasn’t Michael the human looking at me, but his soul. In that moment, I believe a moment of transcendence happened and soul-to-soul communication took place. I looked back into his eyes and telepathically said, "It's going to be okay."

And thankfully it was. Shortly after, the ambulance arrived and took over, saving the man's life.

I am sharing this story to highlight the power of trust, not just through hard times, when it’s all you have to cling to, but in every moment. That’s all I did; not only when I was with Michael, but earlier, when I perceived my son staying home from school as an “inconvenience.” That’s when I placed my full trust in a higher power, and I am so glad I did.

R U OK?

In a world that often celebrates constant happiness, we sometimes forget that it’s okay not to be okay. Yet, it’s a sacred part of the human experience, and sometimes, it’s the best thing that can happen to us.

The moment we acknowledge we are not okay, is the moment we stop pretending and start healing.

In this moment, being ‘not okay’ becomes a powerful catalyst for change, by forcing us to connect with our true selves, to shed the masks we wear, and to find genuine support from those around us.

Imagine if we framed every “R U OK?” not just as a check-in but as an invitation to be real. An invitation to share, to connect, to grow and evolve.

When we do this, we turn our darkest moments into opportunities for light. We transform pain into wisdom and isolation into community.

Being “not okay” isn’t a failure; it’s a signal from your soul.

Urging you to pause, reflect, and realign with your true self.

It’s in these moments of vulnerability that we find our deepest strength.

Because sometimes, being not okay is exactly what we need to become something greater.

Mothers are the origin, the source of creation from which all life emerges. They are not only the creators and keepers of our lineage, but also the life bearers and torchbearers of future generations, shaping the world one child at a time with their immeasurable depth of love.

Mothers are the reason for our existence. They carry us, both physically and metaphorically, healing wounds not with medicine but with nurture and care. They embody the true essence of deep love, selflessly giving without any expectations in return.

This is the true essence of motherhood. It is not defined by biology alone but rather by the ability to love unconditionally. Whether through bonds of blood or of the heart, to be mothered means to be fully seen and yet fully loved. This is the ultimate act of love.

It is a role gifted to many, including stepmothers, aunts, grandmothers, teachers, mentors, and friends. These remarkable souls enter our lives, sometimes for a season and other times for a lifetime, offering us a piece of their heart and guiding us through life’s journey. They teach us, celebrate with us, laugh and cry with us, and most importantly they love us, unconditionally.

Today I celebrate everyone who has taken on the expansive role of mothering, whether biologically, adoptively, spiritually, or emotionally. I honour you, express my deepest gratitude, and recognise the love you have imprinted on the souls you’ve touched, weaving it into future generations. Your boundless love is celebrated today with gratitude ❤️ Thank you 🙏

Today, on World Autism Awareness Day, I would like to take a moment to celebrate and honour all the incredible individuals who are neurodiverse (ND).

I am incredibly grateful for the privilege of raising two amazing ND children in this lifetime. What a journey it has been - a journey I wouldn’t change for the world. They have not only taught me about neurodiversity, but have helped me understand, embrace, and celebrate my own neurodivergence. A gift I will be forever grateful for.

So, to my boys and all the ND people who have enriched my life in ways I never thought possible, I want to say a heartfelt thank you.

This cycle is an infinite loop—a continuous dance flowing seamlessly from one divine season into the next, encompassing birth, growth, demise, decay, and ultimately, regeneration and rebirth.

Within this sacred cycle, we are reminded that life is not a linear path but rather a series of circles and spirals carrying us through time, spun tirelessly by the universe’s most potent force—love.
May Easter strengthen your faith in the fluidity and continuance of your own sacred cycle. A sacred cycle that reveals that from loss, life is reborn.
